The Roadmap to BeWell™

Discover secrets to stress management and resilience with neuroscience-based techniques. Shift from emotion-driven reactions to wisdom-based decisions, boosting emotional intelligence. Develop self-leadership skills by becoming more attuned with and integrating head, heart, and gut wisdom for improved self-efficacy. Harness this integrated wisdom to expand influence, master stress, and fortify resilience.

    • Six hours of live facilitation over three sessions.

    • 2-hour sessions (virtually or in person).

    • Three 1:1 confidential coaching calls per participant, post group calls.

    • Additional calls available.

    • Blended online course access, live group facilitation, and personalized one on one learning.

    • Virtual or in-person group sessions.

    • Pre-scheduled one on one coaching calls over six weeks with a 24-hour cancelation policy.

    • Learn the latest neuroscience based techniques to enhance resiliency, gain clarity of thoughts and emotions, and to attune to your true-self.

    • Gain insight into integrating thoughts, feelings, and intuition for effective wisdom based decision-making.

    • Several books will be recommended after the session, but are not necessary as pre-work. Online course will provide research references, evidence-based practices and workbooks.

Improve wellbeing to reverse burnout and prevent its recurrence. This program offers the most comprehensive corporate wellbeing course currently available. Supported by expert coaches, it’s designed to harness the participant’s personal strengths (using the CliftonStrengths® or VIA assessments), and to teach practical frameworks to improve self-regulation and renew overall wellbeing. This course presents the science, techniques, and bio-hacks to improve all foundational areas of wellbeing.

By addressing all areas of wellbeing, participants will be able to identify unique needs and design an individualized wellbeing reboot roadmap to experience renewed energy, clarity, and confidence.
