  • As an Executive Leadership and Performance Strategist, Bianca’s mission is to equip leaders to achieve optimal results by honing their communication skills, mastering productive conflict, making wise decisions, and navigating change with embodied confidence.

    Bianca’s diverse journey, spans from the US Air Force to two decades in Investment Banking in North Carolina and strengths-based leadership development since 2014. These experiences have shaped her leadership and consulting skills across diverse cultures.
