    With a laser focus on helping leaders and their teams unlock the true value of their strengths, Bianca is committed to empowering them to enhance wellbeing and create a collaborative legacy.

    Bianca’s diverse journey, spans from the US Air Force to two decades in Investment Banking in North Carolina and strengths-based leadership development since 2014. These experiences have shaped her leadership and consulting skills across diverse cultures.

    2-the ability to uncover obstacles and devise innovative solutions for collective improvement.

    3- a creative, compassionate and courageous approach at identifying the elephant in the room, leveraging its strength and complexities for progress.

    At the core of her work lies the belief that leadership begins as an internal journey. By studying Neurobiology, Bianca has added to her program powerful insights into how to tap into whole-self wisdom and evolve leaders to their best selves to live and lead.

  • Shannon brings 20 years of clinical and corporate experience to her coaching, consulting, and training/course design.

    She experienced success as both a psychologist/ career counselor/ adjunct professor of psychology, and as a sales professional/national trainer/manager at a Global Fortune 500 company. Today she is sought after for her leadership wellbeing and health restoration coaching and programs.

    Bianca and Shannon are the creators of The RoadMap To LEADWELL™ course.
