This program cultivates and equips leaders and teams with the knowledge and collaborative skills they need to work better - together.

Create team cohesion, a better culture and improved results by equipping every team member to unlock the leader within and step into interdependent self-leadership.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

    • A multi-day in-person retreat or a series of virtual sessions - or both.

    • Recommended: 1:1 confidential coaching calls to address team member specific challenges.

  • Logistics are based on the customized program designed for the challenges and desired outcomes. It may include one or more psychometrics assessments: the Five Behaviors®, DiSC, and /or the CliftonStrengths assessments.

    Virtual Zoom group session or in person.

    Pre-scheduled one on one coaching calls if coaching are selected

  • Leaders and their teams will learn to:

  • Includes reference guides, exercises, practices, and resources to address improving strengths application and team enhancing behaviors.

    A comprehensive report to improve personal communication styles and how to have productive conflict with others.

    A comprehensive report with anonymous assessment results on how the team is experiencing the five behaviors (trust, productive conflict, commitment, accountability, and results) and how to improve them.
