Strengths-Based Culture:
The Integrated Coaching Leader™

Radically transform leaders and teams from individual contributors (and non-contributors) to a dream team of collaborative excellence so leaders can build a legacy to last. Building team interdependence is the most powerful tool for radical team transformation. Leaders will learn coaching methodology and the skills to improve the performance of those they supervise. Develops expertise in understanding and actualizing personal and team strengths to build inclusive and collaborative environments. Aimed at teaching individuals to contribute their highest value, effectively mitigating weaknesses, have productive conflict, and commit to results. Interdependent teams are how leaders ultimately create legacies that long outlive the current players.

    • 1.5 day in-person retreat to launch the program (or a series of virtual sessions to cover the material).

    • Monthly virtual 2.5-hour leadership development sessions with practical frameworks and mobile app exercises to advance the learning.

    • 1:1 confidential coaching calls are recommended.

    • For best results, we recommend this program over a 12 month commitment. If less time is necessary, we can increase the virtual sessions and coaching frequency.

    • Virtual Zoom group session or in person facilitations.

    • Pre-scheduled one on one coaching calls.

    • All team members will take the CliftonStrengths assessment. Based on the team and circumstance, the Five Behaviors® assessment may also be recommended.

    • Learn a research-based framework to coach staff members informed by Motivational Interviewing, Psychological Safety, Coaching Methodology, Human Behavioral Science, Strengths Psychology, and Appreciative Inquiry.

    • Each leader and team member will be able to articulate their strengths and actively contribute their talent to advance the goals of the organization

    • Each leader and team member will be equipped to self-lead to intentionally mitigate their known weakness linked to personal strengths

    • Each leader and team member will understand what triggers frustration, how they communicate under stress, and how to mitigate both

    • Each leader and team member will actively work to maintain interdependence and to overcome non-productive behaviors in themselves and their staff

    • A common strengths-based language will help cultivate performance, trust, and collaboration

    • In addition to the live facilitation from expert coaches, this course provides online micro-learning courses designed to support and guide participants through experiential learning. Workbooks and evidence-based resources will be provided.
