MORE TESTIMONIALS
“The Elevate Wellsiliency® Retreat was a unique experience that helped me learn more about myself and how to keep growing. Discovering my top strengths and how to use them wisely was life-changing, and the private coaching helped me truly understand how they show up in my leadership and life.
I also learned the importance of listening to my body and honoring what it needs through recalibration. Letting go of old habits and stories that no longer serve me has opened the space to become a fuller, more balanced version of myself.
This retreat is the greatest gift you can give yourself -and in doing so, you give the best of who you are to everyone around you.”
Samantha M. - Director of Finance and HR
This became a sacred space I didn’t realize I’d been yearning for. Surrounded by kindred spirits, I felt seen - not for what I do, but for who I truly am. Through shared stories, laughter, and tears, I released doubt and reconnected with my truth: my softness is strength, my vulnerability is power, and my presence is a gift.
This experience was a homecoming. I arrived with quiet doubts and left with clarity, validation, and joy. I’m committed to leading with presence, compassion, and courage.
If your soul is whispering ‘maybe,’ trust it. You deserve this return to yourself.
Delini S. - MS - HR Director
"Before the retreat, I was stuck in cycles of shutdown. Now, I’ve learned how to recharge and re-energize by paying attention to what my body and surroundings are telling me. That awareness has changed everything. I feel engaged, more courageous, and energized to serve and lead better.
Now, I’m practicing how to activate my strengths through connected curiosity, and since doing so, I feel like I’m truly winning -creating memories, positive energy, and momentum that lasts.
If you want a leadership perspective that goes beyond the ordinary—sign up now."”
Shayne M. - PMP - Program Manager & Consultant
"This ex[eroence helped me slow down, realign, and focus on what truly matters. I discovered that my constant drive to push harder was draining me, sabotaging my intentions, and even impacting my relationships. I went from overdrive to learning what it means to live as an embodied leader.
Now I have tools to pause, recharge, and trust myself -shifting from managing everything for others to becoming the project manager of my own life.
If you’re ready to break free from overdrive and discover a deeper way of leading and living, this retreat will change everything.”
Gwen B. - CCP - SVP, Director Compensation & Workforce Analytics
“A friend invited me because she knew I was alive and working -but not fully living. I needed a pause to rebalance, recharge, and reclaim myself, and to reimagine what my future could look like.
This retreat gave me that space. It was magical, emotional, and deeply rewarding. I discovered my strengths, recommitted to my values, and reconnected with my authenticity to grow as a leader. I’m walking away with a roadmap and tools -and with a commitment to live with depth, purpose, and adventure.
If you feel like you’re moving through life but not fully living it, this retreat will help you reconnect with yourself and step into your next chapter with clarity and courage.”
Teresa B. - Director of HR
