As the founder of Wellsiliency® Institute, she designs immersive retreats, transformative trainings, and leadership development programs to help individuals and teams reignite innate strengths, align with authenticity, and step into their next chapter with clarity and conviction.

With a deep background in neuroscience, somatics, and organizational development, Bianca helps leaders elevate self-leadership, decision-making, and wellbeing in a way that is both strategic and deeply human. Her expertise lies in developing values-driven, strengths-based organizations, fostering high performance, and building cultures where belonging, resilience, and interdependent teams thrive.

With 29 years of experience in advising, consulting, and coaching, Bianca has created two developmental paths for leaders and their teams/organizations:

  • BE Well. LEAD Better.™ – A framework for navigating stress, breaking free from burnout, restoring energy, and leading with alignment, integrated wisdom and confidence.

  • Lead Well. Deploy Strengths.™ – A strategic approach to elevating strengths-based interdependence, strengthening teams, and achieving sustainable success.

At the heart of her work is the belief that true leadership begins within—and when leaders embrace their full strengths potential and lead from whole-self intelligence, they inspire teams, organizations, and movements that drive meaningful change.
