Almost all the personal data we collect is used to provide services to you, our client. This includes creating and delivering my services and invoicing and dealing with general inquiries relating to them.

Direct Marketing and Newsletters
We may use your information to let you know about changes to our website or services or to send you offers or information I think you may be interested in. We will not – ever, unless required to by law – share your information with third parties without your permission.

If at any time, you decide you don’t want to be contacted by us again, please reply to any email we send you with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line, or email your request to bianca@wellsiliencyinstitute.com and we will remove you from our database.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep information about you while you’re our client and afterwards. For information related to invoicing, we need to keep records for seven years. It is not our intention to keep personal data longer than needed and we regularly check how long I have held information since I last interacted with a client.

Your Rights Over Your Personal Information
You have certain rights over your personal information. Most importantly, you have a right to ask for a copy of all the personal information I hold about you (although there are some legal exceptions to this, such as information which is confidential to my business).
