  • Bianca has 28 years coaching, consulting, and advising individuals, leaders and business owners to make critical personal and business decisions.

    Always a highly-driven go-getter, Bianca is a visionary. Her strengths developed in her early years as a holistic Wealth Advisor and Financial Planner. When she stepped away from the financial services industry, she knew coaching and consulting leaders and mission-driven organizations on wellbeing, performance, and building intentional cultures to help humans lead and develop, was aligned with what her strengths wanted to contribute as a legacy.

Shannon Pickering Wellsiliency
  • Shannon brings 20 years of clinical and corporate experience to her coaching, consulting, and training/course design.

    She experienced success as both a psychologist/ career counselor/ adjunct professor of psychology, and as a sales professional/national trainer/manager at a Global Fortune 500 company. AND by the time she was 44, she had been diagnosed with seven autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus. What she discovered the hard way is that if you do not take care of your mind and body and soul, your body will shut you down for maintenance. Today she is sought after for her leadership wellbeing and health restoration coaching and programs.

    Bianca and Shannon are the creators of The RoadMap To LEADWELL™ and the Lead Yourself to Health™ courses and systems.

    Dr. Cynthia DeVita-Cochrane is an experienced mediator and industrial-organizational psychologist. She has over 20 years of organizational development with organizational behavior consulting experience in high impact settings from healthcare to nuclear power plants. Over her career she has provided management consulting, leadership coaching, and a range of team and organizational improvement trainings across the U.S. and internationally.

  • Human Resources expert with more than 20 years of comprehensive HR experience and more than 10 years of Executive Leadership and coaching experience. BA in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate and a Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University. A member of the John Maxwell team for coaching, training and speaking.
